You Can Choose to Enroll in One, Two or All Three Plans
UC’s new group supplemental health plans complement, but do not replace, your primary health insurance. These plans also work alongside UC’s disability coverage to supplement your UC benefit. The plans are custom-designed specifically for UC and administered by Aflac, which processes and pays claims. Coverage is available for you and your eligible dependents.
